The grab device is customized and can be adapted to material characteristics (e.g., looseness, moisture content, block size) with options like open-type, toothed, or multi-hole designs. It enables a fully automated process of "grasping - lifting - transferring - automatic unloading" via mechanical or hydraulic systems. The equipment integrates a lifting trolley (with hoisting and trolley travel mechanisms for horizontal adjustment along the girder) and a long-travel mechanism (often separately driven by motors, reducers, and brakes for smooth rail movement).
