It is a dual-main-beam gantry lifting equipment primarily composed of a steel gantry structure (including welded box-type main beams, legs, end beams, etc., with optimized main beam design ensuring strength, rigidity, and stability; some models feature pedestrian walkways and anti-slip guardrails), dual lifting trolleys (each trolley is equipped with an independent lifting mechanism, including a drum, lifting motor, reducer, brake, wire rope, and hook assembly; wire ropes often use line-contact type for enhanced durability; the trolley frame is a welded composite structure, with outdoor models equipped with sealed rain covers), a traveling mechanism (including a balanced trolley system, traveling motor, reducer, wheel set, rail cleaner, buffer, limit device, and windproof device), and an electrical system (using PLC control and variable frequency speed regulation technology, with main circuits featuring overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection; trolley power is often supplied via movable cable trolleys, with additional phase-loss protection, wireless anti-collision, and audible-visual alarm safety modules).
