It mainly consists of a modular main beam (including box-type, truss-type structures: the box-type is formed by steel plate splicing, suitable for high working levels; the truss-type uses round steel, angle steel, square steel, etc., mostly for low working levels), legs, hoists or trolleys, and other components. The equipment is equipped with large trolley travel, beam lifting and lowering, and beam travel mechanisms. The operation modes support wireless remote control, cabin operation, and even dual-mode switching (e.g., aerial operation cabin + remote control mode). It can complete precast beam transportation tasks through "single unit with dual hooks" or "dual units with coordinated lifting," combined with intelligent skew correction and anti-sway technology, enabling stable beam lifting and lowering with precise positioning.
