Shipbuilding Gantry Crane

Shipyard gantry cranes are large portal lifting equipment specifically designed for shipbuilding scenarios, often adopting double-girder box-type/gantry-frame main beam structures (double-girder configurations are more common for large spans and heavy lifting capacities). They are paired with "A-type" or "portal-type" sturdy legs to ensure structural stability during large-span operations. The equipment integrates a trolley traveling mechanism (enabling wide-range horizontal movement along tracks) and a hoisting mechanism (handling vertical lifting and minor horizontal adjustments), with some models featuring additional slewing and luffing functions.

Operation modes include centralized cabin control, ground wireless remote control, or dual-mode switching, utilizing PLC control and variable frequency speed regulation for precise adjustment of lifting and traveling speeds to meet ship component assembly's high precision requirements. Their lifting capacity covers a broad range (from tens to hundreds of tons, e.g., common 400t-class equipment), with spans exceeding 50m, making them suitable for handling ship sections, large hull structures, and oversized components.
