It mainly consists of the gantry frame (box-type main beam or segmented flange-connected main beam, with high rigidity, strong load-bearing capacity, and easy disassembly for transport), the trolley traveling mechanism (multi-wheel drive, some equipped with windproof rail clamps), the crab system (integrating lifting mechanism, crab traveling mechanism, and hydraulic tilting mechanism, with some crabs capable of 180° rotation to adapt to different muck discharge directions), the lifting mechanism (composed of motor, reducer, brake, drum, etc., stably lifting the muck bucket through the pulley block and equalizer beam), the bucket tilting device (mostly using electric hydraulic push rods to achieve automatic bucket tilting), and the electrical control system (integrating variable frequency control, PLC program control, with anti-sway, automatic positioning, safety alarm, and other functions).

It mainly consists of the gantry structure (box-type main girder or segmented flange-connected main girder, with high rigidity, strong load-bearing capacity, and easy disassembly/transportation), trolley traveling mechanism (multi-wheel drive, some equipped with windproof rail clamps), crab system (integrating hoisting mechanism, trolley traveling mechanism, and hydraulic tipping mechanism, with some crabs capable of 180° rotation to adapt to different muck discharge directions), hoisting mechanism (composed of motor, reducer, brake, drum, etc., lifting muck buckets steadily via sheave blocks and equalizing beams), bucket tipping device (mostly using electro-hydraulic push rods for automatic bucket flipping), and electrical control system (integrating VVVF control, PLC programming, with anti-sway, auto-positioning, safety alarm functions).

The equipment connects to muck buckets via lifting tools, completing the full "lifting-transportation-tipping" process. Some models can also handle tunnel segment and shield component hoisting operations.
