Equipment Description

 

The electric gantry crane is a medium-small lifting equipment with track operation, with the gantry structure divided into two types: single-girder and box-type:

Single-girder type: Main beams, legs, and other components are made of profiled steel cut and spliced, featuring lightweight construction, small windward area, outstanding wind resistance, suitable for open-air and high-wind scenarios;

Box-type: Main beams adopt welded box structures, offering excellent craftsmanship, convenient manufacturing, superior overall rigidity and stability, suitable for scenarios requiring high structural precision.

The complete machine consists of the gantry frame (including main beams, legs, and lower cross beams), the lifting mechanism (with CD and MD model electric hoists as the core for vertical lifting of heavy loads), the traveling mechanism (large trolleys moving along ground tracks, small trolleys moving horizontally along the lower flange of the main beams), and the electrical control system. Operation modes include ground pendant control, wireless remote control, and centralized control from the operator's cabin. Power supply options include cable reels or overhead sliding lines, enabling efficient completion of the entire workflow of "lifting - horizontal transfer" for cargo.
